Introduction

BLUEPRINT META INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise. The Service may include features that help you create, organize, edit, store, review, or receive reminders about user-provided content, as well as optional smart or AI-assisted features.

The Service is a general-purpose productivity tool. It is not designed for emergency use or for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Service on devices you own or control.

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

User Content

You are responsible for any content, information, prompts, text, tasks, notes, categories, settings, or other materials you enter, upload, submit, or create through the Service ("User Content").

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use your User Content in the Service. You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process User Content as needed to operate, maintain, support, secure, and improve the Service, and to provide features you choose to use.

Optional AI Features

Some versions of the Service may include optional AI-assisted features. If you choose to use those features, information you provide or select may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpected.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. Do not enter sensitive health, financial, legal, confidential, or highly personal information into AI features unless you understand and accept the risks.

You may not use AI features to create or facilitate unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or high-risk content, or to attempt to extract non-public system information, prompts, credentials, or service configurations.

Permissions and Device Features

The Service may request access to device features such as notifications, microphone, speech recognition, storage, or other system services, depending on the features you choose to use. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

If notifications are enabled, the Service may send or schedule reminders. If voice or speech features are enabled, the Service may process audio or transcription data to provide the requested feature.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except where permitted by law;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access control, or usage limitation features;
• disrupt, overload, scan, scrape, crawl, probe, or test the Service or related systems without permission;
• upload or transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices;
• misuse any API keys, credentials, or non-public information related to the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include, depend on, or interact with third-party services, platforms, software, APIs, AI providers, app stores, payment systems, analytics tools, or device-level services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, performance, or practices, except to the extent required by applicable law.

App Store Terms

If you download the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's applicable rules.

Your use of the Service may also be subject to applicable app store terms and platform rules.

Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features, including free or paid features. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from bugs, errors, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the claim arose; or (b) USD 50.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the Service unlawfully.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where needed to protect rights, security, confidential information, or the operation of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last modified" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
